            The department staff ensures the teaching in a broad spectrum of subjects for all study di
            Faculty and they also take part in different European scientific-educative programs in the
            Comenius.

            The scientific outcomes of the department are a part of the Development Grant of the Facul
            support of the The Czech Science Foundation (GACR) and also of other international project


            They are mainly in these topics:
            • physical education and sport in the historical and philosophical context of the society 

            • sport phenomenon in the contemporary society, operation, and organizational forms
            • physical movements premises and human motorics diagnostics
            • sport sciences methodology
