The teaching activities of the Department are directed by the study programme in individual subjects at the FTVS and coordinated with the study programme at the FSI of the ČVUT.

The Department is part of the Associated Centre for Functional Anatomy and Biomechanics, which ensures coordination of teaching in these subjects.
