May (results announced by the end of June) – for stays in August, September, October, November, December, January, February, and March,
October (results announced by the end of November) – for stays in January, February, March, April, May, June, and July,
January (results announced by the end of February) for stays in April, May, June, July, August, September, October, and November.
Academic staff members who are developing the collaborations with the colleagues at partner institutions within the 4EU+ Alliance (involving at least three universities), may apply for funding of up to 300,000 CZK. The completed application must be submitted together with a written statement of interest in collaboration signed by a member of the project team at the partner institution and the head of their department. The IS Věda application system for submitting applications for spring 2025 – 1 round will be open from November 1 to 30, 2025 (until 4:00 p.m.).
Applications may be submitted in the following categories:
short-term student exchanges of up to 3 weeks,
organization of summer schools.
Applications must be submitted via the IS Věda – ZERA programme by 3:00 p.m. on the last day of the specified month.
