Research in Kinanthropology focuses on the complex effects of both intentional and spontaneous physical activity on the development of human personality. It examines these effects within a bio-psycho-social framework and in the contexts of physical education, sport, physiotherapy, and health-oriented physical activity, including their effective management.

Kinanthropology is therefore an interdisciplinary field that requires diverse research approaches. A systematic approach, with a strong emphasis on research methodology, plays a key role in addressing research questions in this area.
