Charles University’s Faculty of Physical Education and Sport offers a range of accommodation and recreational facilities for students, the general public, schools, sports clubs, and other groups.
Student Accomodation
Student dormitories are located directly on the Faculty campus in Veleslavín. The modern, renovated building offers comfortable and functional accommodation with all the facilities needed for studying, relaxation, and everyday student life. Its convenient location within the faculty campus provides easy access to classes and supports a vibrant student community.
Accomodation for the Public
The Loděnice Troja sports and leisure complex in Prague 7 offers accommodation for the general public. Located on the banks of the Vltava River, the modern facility provides hotel rooms and hostel-style accommodation, making it an ideal choice for stays, training camps, sporting events, and group activities.
Recreation Facilities
The Faculty also operates two recreation centres: Horská bouda mountain lodge in Mulda, Pec pod Sněžkou, and the Ovčín Centre in Stráž nad Nežárkou. Both facilities are suitable for individuals, schools, sports clubs, and other groups, offering excellent conditions for relaxation, outdoor activities, training camps, and recreational stays.
