Physiotherapy

Bachelor's Degree Programme (3 Years, Full-Time)

An excellent starting point for those who wish to pursue a career as a physiotherapist, this programme benefits from the expertise of highly qualified staff, many of whom are healthcare professionals and researchers. The faculty provides an outstanding learning environment, as well as modern equipment for students to develop the practical skills required for their future profession.

A physiotherapist (bachelor’s degree holder) is qualified for a paramedical healthcare profession. Graduates are authorised to provide physiotherapy treatment within preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, and rehabilitative care. This practice can be carried out in a wide range of settings, including hospitals, rehabilitation centres, specialised departments, social care facilities, spas, and sports facilities.

Physiotherapists are equipped with practical skills applicable across the full scope of physiotherapy. They are able to work independently and use a broad range of physiotherapeutic methods and procedures, including treatments based on physical agents. They are also trained to assess the effectiveness of applied therapy.

Graduates acquire knowledge and skills that comply with the standards of the World Confederation for Physical Therapy (WCPT).
