Sport-Diagnostic and Research Centre (PerformLab FTVS)

The PerformLab Sport-Diagnostic and Research Centre is a modern facility focused on the comprehensive assessment of athletic performance, motor abilities, and physiological parameters. The centre is equipped with the instrumentation of distinction for biomechanical motion analysis, body composition testing, VO₂max measurement, lactate curve assessment, and more. Its services are used by elite athletes, coaches, professionals, and a wider sporting community. PerformLab also provides an important base for student education and the implementation of scientific research projects. It enables practical training in diagnostic methods, data collection for master’s and doctoral theses, and supports interdisciplinary collaboration in the fields of sport science, biomedicine, and kinesiotherapy.

As part of its activities, the centre carries out and provides the following:

assessment of athletic performance,

analysis of body composition and physiological parameters,
biomechanical motion analysis,
training monitoring and individualization,
applied research in the field of sport and physical activity,
collaboration with elite athletes and teams,
instrumentation of distinction and a multidisciplinary team of experts.
