Student Affairs Office
The Student Affairs Office handles all matters related to studying at the faculty. These responsibilities are divided among the individual academic advisors, whom you can contact with your requests during office hours or, in case of urgent matters, even outside of those hours. If no one answers the phone during office hours, it means we are currently assisting other students with their academic matters in the office. Please try calling later. The Student Affairs Office is located on the ground floor of the main building, to the right of the entrance lobby, in room H053.

All applications must be submitted on the prescribed form and with the relevant attachments at the Faculty's office, room H050. Application forms can be found here: forms to download - Faculty of Physical Education and Sport
If you would like advice on how to apply, you can submit your application directly to the relevant Student Services Officer. Neither an email nor a telephone enquiry or consultation can be considered as an application.
The deadline for processing the application is 30 days. We process applications as quickly as possible. There is no legal entitlement to priority processing.
