For your diploma recognition, please, read the page and the document there called FORMS OF VERIFICATION BY THE COUNTRY. We will need to have a certified copy before October.
Regarding the sports doctor test: It should be a stress test to prove your heart and other functions can stand the sports courses. It can be done also here, but it might be harder to make an appointment. We have to receive the original before you start the courses, so in September or before (and every year again).
Note that if you need a visa, you are advised to apply with a sufficient time margin, better fast.
